Recipe for Glazed Meatballs Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1/2-cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/3-cup minced onion 1/4-cup milk 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8-teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2-cup bottled chili sauce 1/2-cup grape jelly Directions: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk egg, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Cook in hot oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Drain on paper towel. Combine chili sauce and jelly in medium saucepan; stir well. Add meatballs. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Note: For a less spicy sauce, omit chili sauce and use ketchup instead. For a little different taste, use mustard in place of ketchup. For a party, place meatballs and sauce in a crockpot to keep warm.
